Your Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Manager, you are responsible for identifying, developing and winning new business opportunities that support the company’s growth ambitions.
You build a strong sales pipeline, understand client needs and translate them into valuable solutions.
You manage the full sales cycle and convert prospects into profitable long-term clients.

Your Main Tasks:

  • Identify and actively approach new clients, markets and business opportunities
  • Build and manage a strong and qualified sales pipeline
  • Lead the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signing and handover to operations
  • Actively prospect through networking, events, market research and direct outreach
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and key decision-makers
  • Understand client needs and translate them into tailored solutions
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals and business cases
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing and scope of services
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance, sales support, pricing)
  • Ensure a high-quality handover to operations and contribute to client satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends and competitors and translate insights into commercial opportunities
  • Keep CRM and sales reporting accurate and up to date

  • Experience in B2B services is a must
