Your Responsibilities
As Sustainable Procurement Manager, you play a key role within the Iris Group. You will define and implement a responsible, innovative procurement policy fully aligned with our values, while also supervising the activities of the Fleet & Facility department.
Your goal: to optimize economic performance while fully integrating environmental, social, and societal challenges.
You will be responsible for the following areas:
Policy & Culture

Define and implement a responsible procurement policy aligned with the Group’s values and CSR strategy

Coordinate and negotiate contracts related to mobility, energy, building investments, waste management, and general group purchases

Consolidate and strengthen the sustainability policy with a focus on economic efficiency, environmental performance, and social impact

Develop and monitor the Group’s CO₂ footprint (scopes 1, 2, and 3)

Conduct market, regulatory, and standards monitoring (ISO 14001, CO₂ Performance Ladder, Ecovadis, etc.)

Raise awareness among teams and act as an internal ambassador for sustainability

Support operational teams in making procurement decisions consistent with CSR objectives

Develop a responsible purchasing charter for suppliers and partners
Operations

Supervise the Fleet & Facility department

Prepare purchasing reports and formulate strategic recommendations

Draw up and monitor budgets (investments, maintenance, energy, fleet, etc.)

Ensure compliance with legal and environmental standards and follow up on audits

Implement a continuous improvement policy and anticipate market trends
-
Coordinate and lead various projects related to procurement and operations
People Management

Build, coach, and motivate a high-performing team

Support employees in their development and help them grow their talents

Conduct individual follow-ups and strengthen collaboration within the team
Stakeholder Management

Collaborate effectively with internal departments and external partners

Develop and strengthen a sustainable ecosystem with advisors, experts, and suppliers
Your Background and Talents
-
Higher education degree (or equivalent through experience), ideally complemented by training in sustainable procurement or CSR
-
5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role
-
Proficient in MS Office and procurement or supply chain management tools

Perfectly bilingual (FR/NL) with good command of English, both spoken and written

Strong knowledge of the market and current sustainability trends

Excellent negotiation, project management, and change management skills
