Your responsibilities:

As a (hunting) Account Manager, you are responsible for developing and growing your client portfolio within our technical services: HVAC maintenance, Handyman Solutions, and Landscaping.

You focus on maintenance contracts and technical solutions that require a responsive and tailor-made approach. You combine commercial drive with operational insight and work closely with the Sales Facility Solutions team and internal stakeholders to identify and turn new business opportunities into reality.

Your Main Tasks:

  • You actively build a network and prospect new clients, with a focus on HVAC maintenance — initially in Limburg, with expansion to other regions in Belgium

  • You manage existing customer relationships and seize opportunities for cross-selling and upselling by linking our technical services with other Facility Solutions offerings

  • You prepare customer-focused quotations and follow them up closely through to implementation

  • You negotiate maintenance contracts and technical solutions

  • You ensure a smooth handover to operations and monitor the execution of agreed commitments.

  • You work closely with internal stakeholders and the Facility Solutions sales team to approach clients jointly

  • You build long-term customer relationships and follow up on commercial processes from lead to completion

  • You stay up to date with market trends and customer needs in technical services and translate these into concrete actions

Your talents and profile:

  • You are an entrepreneurial and results-oriented professional who takes full responsibility for quality and performance.

  • You have excellent communication and analytical skills.

  • You work independently while being a true team player who fosters collaboration.

  • You have a strategic vision and the ability to identify growth opportunities.

  • You are familiar with industrial B2B environments, ideally within the HVAC sector.

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in Account Management and business development (B2B).

  • You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics or equivalent experience.

  • You are perfectly bilingual in Dutch and French, with a very good command of English.

  • You are proficient in MS Office and comfortable using a CRM, preferably Salesforce.

Your Responsibilities

As Sustainable Procurement Manager, you play a key role within the Iris Group. You will define and implement a responsible, innovative procurement policy fully aligned with our values, while also supervising the activities of the Fleet & Facility department.

Your goal: to optimize economic performance while fully integrating environmental, social, and societal challenges.

You will be responsible for the following areas:

Policy & Culture

  • Define and implement a responsible procurement policy aligned with the Group’s values and CSR strategy

  • Coordinate and negotiate contracts related to mobility, energy, building investments, waste management, and general group purchases

  • Consolidate and strengthen the sustainability policy with a focus on economic efficiency, environmental performance, and social impact

  • Develop and monitor the Group’s CO₂ footprint (scopes 1, 2, and 3)

  • Conduct market, regulatory, and standards monitoring (ISO 14001, CO₂ Performance Ladder, Ecovadis, etc.)

  • Raise awareness among teams and act as an internal ambassador for sustainability

  • Support operational teams in making procurement decisions consistent with CSR objectives

  • Develop a responsible purchasing charter for suppliers and partners

Operations

  • Supervise the Fleet & Facility department

  • Prepare purchasing reports and formulate strategic recommendations

  • Draw up and monitor budgets (investments, maintenance, energy, fleet, etc.)

  • Ensure compliance with legal and environmental standards and follow up on audits

  • Implement a continuous improvement policy and anticipate market trends

  • Coordinate and lead various projects related to procurement and operations

People Management

  • Build, coach, and motivate a high-performing team

Stakeholder Management

Your Background and Talents

  • Higher education degree (or equivalent through experience), ideally complemented by training in sustainable procurement or CSR

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role

  • Proficient in MS Office and procurement or supply chain management tools

  • Perfectly bilingual (FR/NL) with good command of English, both spoken and written

  • Strong knowledge of the market and current sustainability trends

  • Excellent negotiation, project management, and change management skills
