What will be your responsibilities?

As a Business & Applications IT Support, you will play a key role in the functional support of our business applications. You will be the first point of contact for our users and act as the link between them and the technical teams, helping to ensure the smooth operation of our tools and a high-quality user experience.

Your main role will be to understand users’ needs, analyse issues, find solutions and contribute to the continuous improvement of our applications and processes.

Your role is therefore clearly different from that of a developer, network engineer, cybersecurity specialist or Business Analyst. You are first and foremost focused on application support, users and solutions, with a strong interest in new technologies, automation and artificial intelligence.

 User Support

  • Provide first-line functional support for our business applications
  • Diagnose and resolve incidents and common requests
  • Follow up on tickets through to resolution
  • Keep users informed about the progress of their requests
  • Escalate more complex incidents to the appropriate teams
  • Ensure a high-quality service and a high level of user satisfaction

 Application Support & User Needs

  • Listen to the needs, expectations and challenges of our users
  • Analyse requests to identify their root causes and operational impact
  • Gradually develop a strong understanding of the business processes supported by our applications
  • Understand the interactions between the different applications within the organisation
  • Assess the impact of incidents or changes on users, teams and other applications
  • Act as the bridge between users and technical teams
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and bring them to the attention of the relevant stakeholders

 Business Applications

  • Support and monitor the smooth operation of various applications used within the group, such as Agresso, Salesforce, Field Service, WeTrace, AQManager, planning tools, etc.
  • Check the proper functioning of applications in production
  • Perform functional testing following fixes, updates and changes
  • Participate in the deployment of new versions
  • Identify, document and follow up on application issues
  • Manage user access and permissions
  • Participate in the validation of changes before they are released into production

 Data & Quality

  • Monitor the quality and consistency of data within the applications
  • Perform simple data extractions
  • Carry out first-level checks and analyses
  • Assist in correcting inaccurate or inconsistent data
  • Verify the consistency of information across different systems

 Documentation & Knowledge Management

  • Write and maintain support procedures
  • Document recurring incidents and their solutions
  • Contribute to and maintain our internal knowledge base
  • Document best practices for using applications
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of functional and operational documentation

 Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Collaborate with developers, system administrators and other IT teams
  • Participate in application and incident follow-up meetings
  • Contribute to functional testing and validation phases
  • Identify recurring issues and propose improvement opportunities
  • Contribute to the continuous optimisation of our support processes and application services

 AI & Automation

  • Use the available AI tools to improve support efficiency
  • Leverage AI to accelerate information searches, incident analysis, documentation creation and problem-solving
  • Use AI solutions responsibly, securely and in compliance with our policies
  • Identify repetitive tasks that could be automated
  • Contribute to the implementation of simple solutions that address users’ needs, with the support of expert teams
  • Gradually develop your understanding of application development to facilitate collaboration with technical teams

 Your talents and background

  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Information Management, Economics or a related field
  • Ideally, you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, such as application support, functional helpdesk, user support, etc.
  • You have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy understanding the root cause of a problem in order to provide a sustainable solution
  • You are user-oriented, a good listener and enjoy helping users resolve their issues
  • You are curious, interested in new technologies and particularly passionate about automation and artificial intelligence
  • You are able to work independently while knowing when technical expertise or escalation is required
  • You are organised, pragmatic and structured, and able to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously
  • You have a good command of the Microsoft 365 environment: Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, SharePoint, etc.
  • You have basic knowledge of SQL or are able to quickly develop the skills required to perform simple queries and first-level analyses
  • You understand the basic principles of databases, data flows and interfaces between applications
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
  • You are interested in artificial intelligence and the opportunities it offers to improve process efficiency and support quality
  • You are fluent in both French and Dutch, both verbally and in writing
  • Knowledge of English is a plus

What will your responsibilities be?

As Finance Expert – Consolidation & Internal Control, you play a key role within the organization. You report to the Finance Manager and handle a wide range of high-value responsibilities:

Financial consolidation & reporting

  • You ensure the financial consolidation of the Group entities, guaranteeing the reliability, consistency, and integrity of the data
  • You prepare monthly management reporting and quarterly statutory reporting for the Board of Directors
  • You structure and document accounts within the annual closing process and act as the key contact for auditors
  • You coordinate the preparation of annual financial statements and propose adjustments where necessary

Accounting & taxation

  • You actively participate in monthly closings
  • You ensure the reliability of balance sheet accounts through analysis, control, and data cleansing
  • You prepare VAT declarations and annual tax filings
  • You participate in the reconciliation of social and payroll-related liabilities with internal and external stakeholders
  • You work closely with auditors during annual closings

Intercompany & treasury

  • You manage intercompany operations (recharges, provisions, closing entries)
  • You ensure intercompany balances are fully reconciled at each period end
  • You analyse variances and propose corrective actions
  • You contribute to Group cash management in collaboration with Treasury Accounting

Internal control & continuous improvement

  • You implement and maintain robust internal control procedures in line with Group standards

Collaboration & transversal role

What will be your responsibilities?

As Group Sustainability & Procurement Manager, you will play a key role in defining and delivering the Sustainability & Procurement strategy of the Iris Group.

You will be the cross-functional point of reference for sustainability across the Group and will actively contribute to the further development of our ESG and sustainability strategy by identifying risks and opportunities, setting priorities and driving concrete, measurable actions.

At the same time, you will define and lead the Group procurement policy, balancing economic performance, quality, risk management and our environmental, social and ethical commitments.

Strategy & Governance

  • Contribute to the development and further refinement of the Group’s sustainability strategy and advise management on environmental, social, economic and governance-related matters
  • Propose a sustainability roadmap with clear priorities, measurable actions and realistic timelines
  • Contribute to the development of sustainability governance at Group level and ensure consistency across initiatives within the different departments and entities
  • Identify sustainability-related risks and opportunities and formulate recommendations for management
  • Act as the cross-functional point of reference for all sustainability-related matters across the Group

Procurement Policy & Procurement

  • Define and drive the Group’s procurement policy by establishing and maintaining procurement procedures, rules and standards
  • Negotiate and coordinate Group-wide contracts for all departments — business and support functions — (energy, goods and services, etc.), ensuring quality, cost efficiency and sustainability criteria
  • Ensure that all departments comply with established procurement procedures and rules and support them in their implementation
  • Integrate ESG criteria into tenders, supplier selection, contracts and contract renewals
  • Develop and implement a Supplier Charter outlining the expected social, environmental and ethical commitments
  • Raise awareness among and support internal teams on responsible procurement principles and challenges

Reporting & KPIs

  • Calculate, coordinate and monitor the Group’s carbon footprint (Scopes 1, 2 and 3), ensure compliance with reference standards such as SBTi and oversee CO₂ certifications (e.g. Vinçotte, SGS, etc.)
  • Collect and consolidate sustainability and procurement data from all departments to produce Group-level reporting
  • Define ESG KPIs and implement a dashboard to monitor progress, deviations and action priorities
  • Ensure the quality and traceability of data for reporting, customer questionnaires and audits
  • Monitor regulatory and standards developments to anticipate changes that may impact the Group

Stakeholder Management

  • Develop a methodology for assessing suppliers on sustainability criteria (compliance, environmental, social and ethical aspects, total cost)
  • Challenge supplier choices where they present sustainability, compliance or total cost risks
  • Identify high-impact procurement categories and promote relevant sustainable alternatives
  • Develop constructive relationships with suppliers to help improve their sustainable practices
  • Ensure optimal collaboration with the business and other departments
  • Collaborate with external experts on environmental and social standards

Business Integration

  • Support departments in integrating sustainability into their practices, decisions and action plans
  • Provide Sales and Marketing teams with the data and arguments needed to highlight sustainability in customer proposals and tenders
  • Act as an internal sustainability ambassador and raise awareness among teams in a pragmatic way
  • Collaborate with Marketing to communicate and promote the Group’s commitments and achievements in a consistent and credible manner

Operational

  • Supervise the Facility Coordinator responsible for managing the Group’s buildings, ensuring that real estate decisions are aligned with the sustainability objectives and procurement policy
  • Coordinate EcoVadis assessments, drive the resulting action plans and contribute to the monitoring of ISO 14001
  • Prepare and monitor the budgets within the scope of the function (procurement, energy, building and waste management, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with legal and environmental requirements, participate in audits and follow up on action plans
  • Drive continuous process improvement and coordinate projects within the scope of the function

People Management

  • Motivate, train, develop and coach the Facility Coordinator
  • Provide regular individual follow-up and ensure a healthy work-life balance
  • Encourage innovation and foster a strong culture of feedback and collaboration

Your talents and background

  • You have a higher education degree or equivalent experience, ideally complemented by training in procurement, sustainability or ESG
  • You have 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role within procurement, sustainability, ESG or supply chain
  • You have excellent knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques, commercial negotiations and indirect procurement, particularly in services, energy, buildings and supplier contracts
  • You have a good understanding of sustainable procurement, total cost of ownership and supplier compliance
  • You have a strong understanding of the challenges, strategies and trends related to sustainability and ESG
  • You are proficient in MS Office and reporting, dashboard and ESG reporting tools
  • You are bilingual in Dutch and French and also have a good command of English, both written and spoken
  • You have a good knowledge of the market and its developments and are able to anticipate trends and their impact on the organisation

As an Operations Business Coordinator, you will play an important role in the launch and administrative and financial follow-up of contracts and sites. Project / Client Launch

  • Maintain a communication line with the Sales department to provide the operational data and information required for contract preparation
  • Visit customers and sites to understand their needs regarding administrative follow-up and invoicing
  • Read, analyse and discuss specifications for new contracts and sites in order to establish an efficient administrative structure from the start
  • Support the launch of sites and ensure that clear agreements and efficient administrative and financial procedures are put in place from the outset

Client Administration SPOC

  • Prepare and follow up on customer invoicing, including price indexations
  • Visit customers and sites to monitor compliance with contractual agreements and established procedures
  • Ensure the administrative follow-up of customer and site files
  • Send purchase orders to suppliers and follow up on the approval of invoices by the Business
  • Ensure the administrative management of supplier files
  • Ensure the administrative management of commercial documents: prepare and/or format quotations, analyse needs, make suggestions and support the Business in preparing locally managed offers
  • Proactively follow up on contracts approaching their expiry date and support the Business and/or Sales with the necessary actions for contract renewal
  • Provide administrative support for activities related to quality, health, safety and environment (QHSE)

Business Administration Analysis

  • Initiate and carry out administrative and financial improvement projects, as well as projects related to internal processes
  • Act as a link with Management Control and Accounts Receivable to collect the data required to analyse customer and site performance
  • Analyse the performance of sites and customers and, where necessary, propose improvement plans
  • Consult with Business managers based on the analyses carried out in order to define and implement the necessary improvements
  • Optimise and stabilise internal processes

Office Administration

  • Ensure a professional and diplomatic reception, both by telephone and during visits to the offices
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and ensure its traceability and timely processing
  • Ensure the administrative and logistical management of the office: filing, calendar management, expense claims, petty cash, organisation of meetings and events, etc.

Your talents and background?

  • You have a short-cycle higher education degree or equivalent professional experience
  • You have at least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in a similar environment or in an operational/blue-collar environment is an asset
  • You have a good command of the MS Office suite and are comfortable with IT tools
  • You have a basic knowledge of finance and are able to apply it in your role
